Google Nexus 5 With Android 5.0 Key Lime Pie To Have GPS-Assisted Camera?

After the success of the Android Jelly Bean OS, Google has kept itself extremely busy creating a formidable upgrade in the form of Android 5.0 Key Lime Pie. Based on a patent filed by Google, we feel that the Nexus 5 smartphone could use its GPS sensor to adjust the camera settings.

The Nexus 5 could use the light sensor, temperature sensor and accelerometer to adjust the camera to the conditions around and click the best possible picture. This means that the Nexus 5 camera could become one of the best phone cameras in the market.

Of course, for the finickier people, there could still be manual settings to adjust. However, what we are yet to find out is if this GPS-assisted camera feature is unique to the Nexus 5 or if it would be a feature available on the Android 5.0 Key Lime Pie OS itself. But we guess it’s just a short time till the Google I/O Conference which will be held next month when we can expect the company to shed some light on both the smartphone as well as the latest OS.
