There is a lot of speculation about the next Google Nexus 5, will it be a completely new phone or will it be an upgrade of the Nexus 4. Considering that Google just released the update of its Nexus 7 small tablet, the Nexus 7.2, the upgrade concept seems quite possible and that might not be such a bad thing. The Nexus 7.2 is a brilliant little table. The Nexus 4 was a great phone, its specifications were pretty good, nice form factor and feel and it was super cheap for a flagship device.
This October is expected to see the release of the latest version of the most dominant OS for smartphones in the world, Android. The 5.0 Key Lime Pie is expected to be a game changer in that it will be optimised so that it can also be run on devices that have been using much older systems, 2.3 Gingerbread and 512 RAM. It is expected to have many new features and be something truly amazing on the high end phones.
The next Google Nexus device can be the new king of the smartphone market, especially if it undercuts the price of all the other flagship smartphone like it did with the Nexus 4.
