Google Nexus 10, 2 Release Delayed; Nexus 8 Leaked To Kill iPad Mini 2

New press shots of Google Nexus 5 have leaked on-line. In the new leak Google Nexus 5 is seen in various colours. Twitter user EVLeaks, along the with release date of Android 4.4 KitKat phone release date, has leaked a new image of black and white model of Google Nexus 5.

 

Seems the release of second generation Google Nexus 10 is delayed further. With the inclusion of a mysterious Google tablet on Android website, it is confirmed that Google Nexus 10 2 release is still uncertain. A picture of the mentioned tablet was seen in refreshed Android “Apps & Entertainment” page, where there is a photo of a lady holding a tablet device. Surprising that the tablet is neither Nexus 7 nor Nexus 10. According to some reports, the release of Nexus 8 may well be on its way.

This is not the first time that such a thing has happened. Google has this habit of teasing its aficionados. Recall the incident when Google Nexus 5 smartphone was leaked various times on the website. Not only that, the device even entered the Google Play Store for a brief amount of time ahead of its date of release.

Google Nexus 10.2 specs and features:

10 inch screen display with 2560 X 1600 resolution, and quad core Snapdragon 800 processor unlike Google Nexus 10. The tablet will be run by the much awaited Android 4.4 KitKat OS. The internal storage facility up to 64GB is expected, however the storage can be increased with external memory. Battery life is expected to be pretty good with 9,500mAh battery ability.

The Nexus 8, which is a 8-inch tablet, will battle head on against Samsung galaxy note 8.0 and iPad mini with retina display. This has prompted many chatters to debate and discuss on Android forums. If Google Nexus 8 is really set to launch, expect a serious battle of the tablets that would start Nov 29 and continue till the Christmas season. With speculations of huge demand for iPad mini 2 device, this may be a strategy by Google to battle Apple.

No precise answer from Google till now, and the Nexus 8 photo has been pulled down from the website, fueling more debate.
