Google has been spending a lot of time in developing a perfect voice recognition feature for Chrome. Dating back to the Goog-411 that came into being in 2007, its efforts have been un-ending. Three years back, it introduced speak-feature for searching Google for desktops. Moreover, just a year back, the giant made massive improvements in its Voice searching feature—both the computer and mobile versions.
However, the Voice Search feature came to life only on licking the options until November 2013. Finally, Google introduced the extension we have all waited for. This makes it possible to hot word. Last week, the giant finally made the voice-based search available on the Chrome Beta version—with no extension involved. We believe that the voice search feature is something Google is very keen on making this a perfect spec to bank on.
