The Indian Institutes of Management, Indore on Wednesday released the Common Admission Test (CAT) 2020 admit card on its official website.

The last date to download CAT admit card is 29th November. If you are wondering how to download CAT admit card, then follow these simple steps:

  1. Click on the IIM CAT 2020 official website
  2. Click on the tab download admit card
  3. Here you will be presented with CAT login page
  4. Enter the registered login id of CAT and password correctly
  5. You will now see a pop up on the screen informing that the CAT application form has been successfully submitted
  6. Then, a detailed CAT application form of the candidate will be displayed on the device
  7. Click on the tab Download CAT Admit Card
  8. A new page will be displayed on the screen which will showcase your allotted  CAT Test center address and time of the exam
  9. Download the Admit Card and save it on your system
  10. Check it carefully, and then take a print out

Remember, you will not receive a hard copy of your CAT admit card 2020. For all those who are planning to appear for the exam and have registered themselves will be able to download the CAT 2020 admit card. It is therefore requested that you download it from the official website by following the above mentioned steps.

When you download the CAT Admit Card 2020, just check it includes the following details:

  1. Candidate’s name
  2. CAT registration number
  3. Date of birth
  4. Reference number
  5. Candidate’s category
  6. Space for Photograph
  7. Name of the city
  8. Test centre address
  9. Test date
  10. Session and test time
  11. Emergency contact number
  12. Google map link

On the day of CAT admission test, students are requested to carry one of the following documents as a valid photo identity proof:

  1. Voter ID
  2. Aadhaar Card
  3. College University ID
  4. Passport
  5. Driving License

IIM is ensuring complete safety owing to the prevalence of COVID 19 pandemic. CAT exam pattern has undergone a slight alteration. Now, CAT 2020 will be a 2 hour exam and will be conducted in three different sessions, namely verbal ability and reading comprehension, data interpretation and logical reasoning, and quantitative ability. It will be mandatory for all the students, who will be appearing for the test to wear a mask at all times. Any candidate who will be seen without a mask will not be allowed to appear for the exam.

Students are requested to take good care of themselves and maintain social distancing to ensure their health and safety. The authorities at the test centre will be monitoring the temperature of the candidates with the help of the thermal gun. If the temperature is high and not as per the government guidelines, then the candidate will not be permitted to appear for the CAT 2020 exam even if s/he has CAT 2020 admit card.
