Indian Premier League Season 13 is all set to start tomorrow on September 19, 2020. The first IPL 2020 match will see the first runners up Chennai Super Kings and last year Champions Mumbai Indians going against each other in Abu Dhabi. IPL 2020 is specifically being held in UAE due to the on-going COVID-19 pandemic. Notably, it is the third season of the Indian Premiere League that will be held outside India.
The eight teams participating in the 13th Season Dream11 IPL 2020 include Chennai Super Kings, Mumbai Indians, Kolkata Knight Riders, Sunrisers Hyderabad, Rajasthan Royals, Royal Challengers Bangalore, Kings XI Punjab andDelhi Capitals.

The first phase of the Dream11 IPL 2020 tournament will witness the eight teams competing for the top spot on the points table in 56 league matches. Only the top four will then go ahead in the knock out rounds. Notably, three of these, Delhi Capitals, Royal Challengers Bangalore and Kings XI Punjab have been a part of the IPL since Season 1 but are yet to win their first IPL trophy.
When will IPL Matches start?
As an IPL fan, one thing that you particularly need to remember is the changed match timings for IPL 2020 edition. Traditionally, evening matches in the IPL would start on 8pm IST. However, this year, IPL matches will begin half an hour early at 7.30 PM IST. However, on most weekends, IPL will be hosting two matches a day. The afternoon matches will be beginning at 3:30 pm IST while the evening matches will continue as usual at 7:30 pm IST.

The leading broadcaster in Indian television, Star Network will be live streaming of the 13th Season IPL 2020 in India across its various channels. IPL league fans will be able to watch IPL 2020 matches across Star channels in six languages including Hindi, English, Tamil, Telugu, Kannada and Bengali.
