Here is an easy guide to update your S3 GT-I9300 with the 4.4 KitKat:
Begin with installing ClockworkMod Touch 6.0.32 post-rooting the device.
Ensure to back up all data, information and settings. This will aid you avoid issues later. We suggest you be patient with a manual back up instead of opting for Kies PC Suite.
