The new feature will help customers to send messages in Hindi when interacting with the customer care service team of Amazon. The latest artificial intelligence (AI) platform will help millions of customers who are more comfortable communicating in Hindi to put their queries in front of the customer support team without even connecting with an associate.
A great step to break the language barrier, Amazon India has made online shopping easier and convenient with this automated messaging assistant. The introduction of Automated Messaging Assistant in Hindi will allow millions across the country to communicate in the language of their choice, thus enhancing overall customer service experience for Indian customers.
Available for those who use the app on their Android phone, the Automated Messaging Assistant is a chat bot powered by Amazon’s customer service-tuned artificial intelligence. The automation will help leverage Machine Learning and will also enable friendly customer care experience for the consumers. The conversation will take place in the messaging window. It will also customers to freely interact with the bot who can seamlessly transit to a human assistant when required.
