India’s online electronics store iShopper.com released its live mobile trend report. According to the website on an average the mobile phones bought in India range between 7, 180 to Rs. 10, 764. Below this range the phones which are picked up vary between Rs 2000 to Rs 5000.
Among brands in phones, Samsung has highest no of buyers (19%) and people prefer Andriod than Apple in India. Andriod has a 31% share in the mobile market.
About 36% of the 538 mobiles listed on iShopper are dual sim phones which has gained maximum popularity in India. As many as 81% users prefer to have phone shaped in a bar form. The average processor speed of mobile phones sold is 876 Mhz, the average camera resolution is 4MP and the average screen size is 3 inches.
Touchscreen phones sale is on a rise on the website. The website says, 58% users prefer a touch screen device. Windows OS phones is on a downfall and has not managed to get loyalty of users.
