The iPhone 5s stands 123.8 x 58.6 x 7.6 mm (4.87 x 2.31 x 0.30 in) tall while the Samsung Galaxy S5 the same around 136.6 x 69.8 x 7.9 mm (5.38 x 2.75 x 0.31 in). The iPhone is lighter with a 112g weight vs the 130g S4 (the S5 might just be built out of plastic & pleather)

With no memory card slots (as usual) the iPhone 5s has an internal storage in denominations of 16/32/64 GB and a 1GB DDR3 RAM . With the same memory denominations, a better 2GB RAM s4 also houses a micro SD card slot. Expect the same for the S5
The iPhone 5s bears weight to an 8 MP, 3264×2448 pixels, autofocus, dual-LED (True Tone) flash camera, while the S5 is rumored to house a whopping 16MP camera built by Sony.
